International and local shipping options

International Shipping is available as a flat rate option - meaning we ship direct from our factory to your location for a set fee.

Shipping in the Continental US is offered in two variations - Free Shipping direct from the factory, and Expedited Shipping from inventory in our shop. Our shop inventory is limited, so this option will only be offered when inventory is available.

Stadard Shipping is available for Optional Components or where any service work required.

Supported shipping zones

We offer shipping to US and Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and UK. Our documentation, sales and tech support is currently only available in English.

Order processing and delivery times

We endevour to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays. We may choose to close the shop for vacations, sick days, snow days, acts of god, or just becuase we feel like it. We will notify customers with pending orders and arrange shipment as soon as possible.
