Shipping
International and local shipping options
International Shipping is available as a flat rate option - meaning we ship direct from our factory to your location for a set fee. U.S. shipping is offered in two variations - Free shipping direct from the factory, and flat rate shipping from inventory in our shop. Our shop inventory is limited, so this option will only be offered when inventory is available.
Supported shipping zones
We offer shipping to US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Our documentation, sales and tech support is currently only available in English.

Order processing and delivery times
We endevour to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays. We may choose to close the shop for vacations, sick days, snow days, acts of God, or just becuase we feel like it. We will notify customers with pending orders and arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Returns
Warranty Claims
We stand behind our products and will work diligently to find a solution to any issue as soon as possible.
1. If something goes wrong with your SmartBikeWheel or optional accessories we require you to contact Support at Info@SmartBikeWheel.com or 415-598-8490 at your earliest convenience.
2. We expect you to work with support until the issue is resolved.
3. A replacement part or an exchange will be provided at no charge for warranty repairs.
4. Out of warranty repairs will be provided at a mutually-agreed upon charge.
Standard Returns
If SmartBikeWheel does not meet your needs, it can be returned. Please note, we do not cover the return shipping and cannot guarantee a full refund for Standard Returns.
1. Send us an email at info@SmartBikeWheel.com with the subject line "Return request" to notify us of the return.
2. We do need to know the reason for the return in order to process it correctly. Please help us understand why SmartBikeWheel did not meet your needs.
3. We will authorize the return and provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) code.
4. Once received, the return will be inspected and the refund will be credited your account less any return shipping, restocking charges, damage or missing parts. Any adjustments are based on our costs for repair or replacement and our judgement is final.
