Shipping and Returns
International and local shipping options
International Shipping is available as a flat rate option - meaning we ship direct from our factory to your location for a set fee. U.S. Shipping is offered in two variations - Free shipping direct from the factory, and flat rate shipping from inventory in our shop. Our shop inventory is limited, so this option will only be offered when inventory is available.
Supported shipping zones
We offer shipping to US and Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and UK. Our documentation, sales and tech support is currently only available in English.
Latest shipping costs are reflected in our shipping options.
Order processing and delivery times
We endevour to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays. We may choose to close the shop for vacations, sick days, snow days, acts of god, or just becuase we feel like it. We will notify customers with pending orders and arrange shipment as soon as possible.
We accept most major credit cards for payment.

There are 3 types of returns - "You'll love it, guaranteed" Warranty Claims and Standard returns.
"You'll love it, guaranteed" returns
1. You have received your SmartBikeWheel and within 3 weeks, you have determined it does not meet your needs.
2. You have not put more than 5 miles on your SmartBikeWheel.
3. Your SmartBikeWheel is in like-new condition - no scrapes, dents, bent spokes etc.
4. You have your original packing materials to ship it back.
5. You have all of the components - cover, charger, phone holder, tools, manual to return.
6. Send us an email at info@SmartBikeWheel.com with the subject line "Return request" to notify us of the return and we will provide a return shipping label.
7. Once recieved, the return will be inspected and the refund will be credited your account less any damage or missing parts. Any adjustments are based on our costs for repair or replacement amd our judgement is final.
8. Shipping charges (if any) can not be refunded
We stand behind our products and will work diligently to find a solution to any issue as soon as possible.
1. If something goes wrong with your SmartBikeWheel or optional accessories we require you to contact Support at Info@SmartBikeWheel.com or 415-598-8490 at your earliest convenience.
2. We expect you to work with support until the issue is resolved. A replacement part or an exchange will be provided at no charge for warranty repairs. Out of warranty repairs will be provided at a mutually-agreed charge.
Standard Returns fall outside of items 1-5 in the "You'll love it, guaranteed" limitations. We do not cover the return shipping and cannot guarantee a full refund for Standard Returns.
